Passion for Chiropractic Care
Chronic childhood back pain caused by scoliosis ended up being a blessing as it introduced me to the field of chiropractic care. I got my first adjustment at age 11 and knew this was the field for me. I remember telling my parents that this was my dream job.
I was born and raised in Hammond, Louisiana, a small city on the New Orleans Northshore, in a large and close-knit family and community. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Southeastern Louisiana University and moved to Dallas for the Doctor of Chiropractic program at Parker University. While at Parker, I also found a passion for neurology and how chiropractic restores nervous system balance and function which led me to simultaneously earn a Master of Science degree in Neuroscience.
Growing up in a big family is something I cherish immensely. I believe this upbringing is what piqued my interest in prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care. Seeing the benefits of well adjusted kids and their family has been the most rewarding experience of it all. I am so excited to be joining the T3 community!
